Key Responsibilities
As an HR GA Staff, your day-to-day duties will encompass a diverse range of human resources and general affairs functions designed to support our workforce:
* Monitoring and executing end-to-end HR and General Affairs processes within the DC.
* Managing accurate employee data compilation, attendance tracking, and reporting.
* Overseeing payroll administration to ensure timely and precise compensation delivery.
* Collaborating with local teams to maintain a productive, compliant, and harmonious work environment.
Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following professional and academic criteria:
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management from a reputable university.
