## Join Our Team: Warehouse Administrator
We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly organized professional to join our supply chain team as a Warehouse Administrator. This role is essential for ensuring the seamless flow of goods and maintaining the high standards of accuracy that define our operations. Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will be a vital link in our distribution network, with primary duties including:
* Data Integrity: Managing, inputting, and updating all inbound and outbound inventory records with absolute precision using the SAP system.
* Documentation & Reporting: Handling all administrative filings, including delivery orders, purchase orders, and the generation of routine stock reports.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating closely with warehouse operations teams to oversee inventory arrangement and support periodic stocktaking (stock opname) processes.
* Compliance: Upholding strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workspace in line with 5S/5R methodology.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in any field.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse administration, logistics, or supply chain management.
* Technical Proficiency: Mandatory expertise in the SAP system, specifically focusing on Warehouse or Inventory Management modules.
* Digital Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data processing and administrative support.
