1. Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor (Kasie Gudang Barang Jadi)
This role is vital for maintaining the seamless flow of our inventory from production lines to distribution networks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, preferably within the bottled drinking water (AMDK) or broader FMCG industry.
* Technical Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory management and end-to-end finished goods warehouse workflows.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, combined with a proactive, independent, honest, and communicative personality.
2. Production Supervisor (Kasie Produksi)
The Production Supervisor will oversee manufacturing operations, driving efficiency while upholding our strict quality assurance protocols.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
