Core Responsibilities
* Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize production machinery to ensure alignment with established industrial standards.
* Quality & Quantity Control: Supervise the production floor to guarantee that all output meets predefined quality benchmarks and production targets.
* Documentation: Maintain precise records of all daily production activities and workflows.
* Resource Management: Ensure that raw material logistics and consumption are perfectly synchronized with the production schedule.
* Process Improvement: Proactively identify and implement enhancements to boost overall plant productivity.
Candidate Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/D4 degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a production environment is preferred; however, exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of production workflows, Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Planned Maintenance (PM), Continuous Improvement methodologies, 5S, and Workplace Health & Safety (K3).
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, high integrity, personal accountability, and a persistent work ethic.
* Availability: Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
* Location: The position is based at our manufacturing facility in Cikarang Timur.
