Core Qualifications and Prerequisites
To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate a blend of professional skill and a positive service mindset:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) graduate specializing in Housekeeping or Culinary Arts; preference will be given to candidates holding a Diploma in Hospitality.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of hands-on experience within a housekeeping or professional kitchen environment.
* International Exposure: Candidates should possess relevant experience or educational credentials that reflect global hospitality standards.
* Personal Attributes: Applicants must be physically healthy, well-groomed, and exhibit a proactive, hard-working, and resilient attitude capable of performing under pressure.
* Relocation: A genuine willingness to reside and work in Pangkalan Kerinci, Riau, is mandatory.
