## Now Hiring: Customer Service Mobile (Seasonal)
As we approach the busy peak travel period for the Christmas 2026 and New Year 2027 season, KAI Services is looking for proactive, service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Mobile. This role is vital for ensuring that passengers receive timely information, assistance, and guidance throughout their journey. Successful candidates will utilize a "jemput bola" (proactive/outreach) approach to interact with travelers, addressing inquiries regarding schedules, travel procedures, and promotional offers.
## Position Requirements and Qualifications
To maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SLTA) or equivalent.
* Age Limits: Maximum 30 years for men and 28 years for women.
* Marital Status: Applicants must be unmarried.
* Physical Requirements:
* Minimum height of 160cm (men) and 155cm (women) with a proportional body posture.
* Physically and mentally healthy with no color blindness.
* Must not have any tattoos or body piercings (for men).
* Professional Attributes:
* Must be well-groomed, polite, and maintain a professional appearance.
* Strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a deep-seated passion for customer service.
* Flexibility to work in a shifting schedule.
* Documentation: Must possess an active BPJS (Social Security) and NPWP (Tax ID).
