## Role Overview: HR Generalist
As our HR Generalist, you will manage end-to-end human resource functions. This position requires a versatile professional who can balance administrative precision with strategic employee engagement. Your daily responsibilities will directly support our workforce, ensuring that our internal operations run as smoothly and powerfully as our motorcycles on the open road.
Key Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Recruitment: Source, screen, and interview top-tier talent to fill various organizational positions.
* Psychological Assessments: Administer and evaluate professional psychotests to ensure optimal candidate-to-role alignment.
* Payroll & Benefits Administration: Oversee accurate payroll processing alongside compensation and benefits structures.
* Statutory Compliance: Manage administration for BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan while ensuring full adherence to Indonesian labor regulations.
* Employee Lifecycle Management: Facilitate ongoing employee development, performance management programs, and maintain pristine HR documentation.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Legal & Technical Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, modern HR best practices, and proficiency in HRIS systems alongside Microsoft Office applications.
* Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English to facilitate seamless communication across departments.
