1. Fresh Operator Program (FOP)
This program is designed for individuals seeking to build a career in heavy equipment operation.
* General Requirements: Male, aged 21–24; minimum height 165 cm; physically and mentally fit; single; no tattoos or piercings.
* Specific Requirements: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) education; willingness to undergo physical and mental training (Bintalsik); must be willing to be stationed at any PST job site. (Candidates with driving skills are prioritized).
2. Fresh Mechanic Program (FMP)
A technical development track aimed at skilled maintenance professionals.
* General Requirements: Male, aged 18–24; minimum height 163 cm; physically and mentally fit; single; no tattoos or piercings.
* Specific Requirements: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) in Heavy Equipment, Automotive, Electrical, or Light Vehicle Engineering; willingness to undergo Bintalsik; mobility across all job sites.
