We are seeking talented, high-performing individuals to join our team in the following key leadership roles. Each position requires a minimum of 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
1. Group Leader Finance & Accounting
This role ensures the effective and efficient procurement of goods and services across all sites. You will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring, and controlling financial administration, procurement processes, and vendor management.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in analyzing profit and loss statements, managing financial journals, bank reconciliations, financial adjustments, and comprehensive financial reporting.
2. Group Leader Fuel
The focus of this position is the seamless distribution of bio-solar fuel. You will oversee fuel station operations, manage fuel truck logistics, and ensure accurate administrative handling of fuel receipts and distribution to the Production Department.
* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent in various technical disciplines (e.g., Mining, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, or Automotive Engineering).
3. Group Leader Warehouse
You will be tasked with maintaining high-accuracy inventory records and overseeing the flow of goods using FIFO/LIFO systems.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in SCM/Logistics, Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Business Management.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a strong understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards for handling hazardous materials.
4. Group Leader Industrial Relation
This role bridges human capital management and regulatory compliance. You will manage the recruitment lifecycle, oversee departmental staffing needs, and ensure all company policies align with current labor laws.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* Core Competencies: A valid Advocate certificate is required to handle legal aspects of labor relations.
5. Group Leader Mine Plan
You will be responsible for developing annual and quarterly mining designs that meet production targets. This includes analyzing geological models, fleet availability, and mapping pit inspections to keep site progress updated.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering.
6. Group Leader Production
This role oversees daily mining production activities on-site to ensure operational targets are achieved safely and efficiently.
* Education: High School Diploma (Science or Social Studies track).
* Core Competencies: Possession of a valid POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certification is mandatory.
