1. Warehouse Administrator
The Warehouse Administrator plays a vital role in maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of all inbound and outbound processes, as well as meticulous inventory management.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field.
* Proven professional experience in warehouse administration.
* Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and warehouse-specific software such as SAP, IMEL, or INEXTEND.
* Strong command of Microsoft Excel.
* Comprehensive understanding of inventory management methodologies, including FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, and FPFO.
* Flexibility and willingness to work in a rotating shift system.
2. Warehouse Leader
The Warehouse Leader is responsible for overseeing the entirety of daily operational activities within the warehouse, ensuring safety, compliance, and peak performance.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field.
* Solid technical knowledge of warehouse management systems (SAP, IMEL, or INEXTEND).
* Strong background in workplace safety, health, and environmental standards, specifically regarding HIRADC, EIA, and BOS.
* Expertise in warehouse inventory management principles (FIFO, LIFO, FEFO, and FPFO).
* Flexibility and willingness to work in a rotating shift system.
