## Managerial and Supervisory Positions
We are looking for experienced leaders to oversee key departments and ensure our production targets are met with the highest quality standards.
* Mill Manager: Requires a background in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related fields with 4+ years of experience. Must possess strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
* KTU (Administration Head): Requires 2+ years of experience in palm oil mill administration, finance, and warehousing.
* Asisten Proses: Focuses on optimizing Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) processing and CPO/PKO quality control.
* Asisten Maintenance: Responsible for overall mill maintenance and ensuring operational efficiency.
* Asisten (Jr) K3 & Lingkungan Hidup: Requires professional safety certification and expertise in waste management.
* Asisten (Jr) Procurement: Focuses on FFB supply chain management and negotiation.
* Spv. Laboratorium: Oversees quality control, extraction processes, and laboratory analysis.
## Administrative and Support Roles
Our administrative team ensures the smooth execution of daily operations. We are looking for candidates who are detail-oriented and proficient in office management.
* Staff General Affair: Handles asset management, company maintenance, and legal licensing.
* Kasir & Payroll: Manages financial operations and salary reporting.
* Krani Umum & Admin: Responsible for administrative tasks and office communication.
* Analis: Supports the laboratory team with chemical testing and quality control.

Technical and Maintenance
* Welder (Tukang Las) & Lathe Technician (TK. Bubut)
* Helper Maintenance & Oilman (Petugas Oli)
* Mandor (Sortasi, Maintenance, Proses)
Production and Mill Operations
* Operators: Loader & Excavator, Loading Ramp, Empty Bunch Press, Sterilizer, Kernel, Clarification, Boiler, Engine Room, Water Treatment Plant, and Tengku Bakar.
* Logistics & Field Support: Sample Boy, Waste Management Supervisor, and Dispatch Officer.
* Krani Roles: Production, Procurement, Maintenance, and Weighbridge (Timbangan).
* Sortation: Sorting Team Members.
Security and General Services
* Security: Head of Security (Komandan Regu) and Security Members (must hold a Diksar certificate).
