To support our continued growth and commitment to quality, we are currently seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control (QC) Operator to join our team in Cikarang.
## Role Responsibilities
As a QC Operator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of our manufacturing processes. Your primary duties will include:
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring production samples to ensure they are identical to final products and strictly adhering to our established quality benchmarks.
* Corrective Action: Developing and implementing corrective formulations should any production samples deviate from our high-quality standards.
* Operational Compliance: Strictly executing all work procedures in alignment with current ISO international standards.
## Professional Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive professional who possesses the technical aptitude and reliability necessary to maintain our reputation for excellence. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender/Age: Male, between 21 and 35 years of age.
* Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA) or Vocational School (SMK) equivalent.
* Physical Requirements: Must possess perfect color vision.
* Experience: A minimum of one year in a Quality Control role; prior experience within a masterbatch manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
* Personal Attributes: Demonstrates high levels of attention to detail, physical stamina, and professional agility.
* Shift Readiness: Must be fully prepared to work in a rotating 3-shift system.
* Technical Skills: Strong mathematical aptitude and the ability to react quickly to production challenges.
* Location: Willingness to work on-site at our Delta Silicon facility in Central Cikarang.
