## Job Position: Marine Pilot (Pandu)

Key Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this prestigious role, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Gender: Open to male and female applicants.
* Deck Officer License: Hold a minimum certification of Nautical Officer Class III (Ahli Nautika Tingkat III / ANT III).
* Pilot License: Possess a valid Marine Pilot License of at least Level II.
* Sailing Experience: Demonstrate a proven track record of professional sailing experience.
* Language Proficiency: Capable of communicating effectively in English.
