1. Brand Activation Staff
The Brand Activation Staff is responsible for creating engaging visual narratives that strengthen the PELNI brand presence across digital platforms.
* Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Maximum age of 30 years old.
* Must submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV).
* Mandatory submission of a creative portfolio.
* Minimum D3/S1 degree in any major (Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related fields are preferred).
* At least one year of professional experience in graphic design, videography, or content creation (exceptional fresh graduates with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply).
* Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
* Proficiency in operating documentation tools, including smartphones, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, drones, and stabilizers.
* Mastery of creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or mobile tools like CapCut.
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
* Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts.
* Proficiency in motion graphics and animation.
* End-to-end content production knowledge, from conceptualization to final publication.
* Strong copywriting skills for promotional materials.
2. Customer Relations Staff – Marketing Communications
This role focuses on building strong connections with customers and stakeholders while managing the company's communication strategy.
* Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Maximum age of 30 years old.
* Must submit a Curriculum Vitae (CV).
* Minimum S1 degree, preferably in Communication Science, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or Business.
* At least one year of experience in PR, Customer Relations, or Marketing. (Fresh graduates with relevant internship or organizational experience are welcome).
* Deep understanding of Branding, Digital Marketing, and Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and presentation capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and negotiation skills.
* Willingness to travel for work duties as required.
* Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience (CX) strategies.
* Experience in event management, brand activation, and sponsorship.
* Ability to create basic digital content (photo/video editing).
* Analytical skills for social media monitoring and campaign reporting.
