The Accountant role at the Nila Breeding Center is a critical function that bridges financial precision with hands-on agricultural operations. Key Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Oversee daily transaction recording and the accurate preparation of comprehensive financial statements.
* Cost Accounting: Calculate and analyze the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) specifically related to cultivation expenses, including feed, seed stock, and general operational costs.
* Asset Management: Monitor biological assets (fish inventory) and manage overall stock levels to ensure financial accuracy.
* Partnership Accounting: Manage financial records for cultivation partnerships, including profit-sharing arrangements.
* Operational Analysis: Conduct rigorous cost control measures and variance analysis to identify operational efficiencies.
* Performance Tracking: Prepare detailed profit-per-pond and per-cycle reports to facilitate data-driven management decisions.
