* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Management or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Prior experience in the power generation sector is highly preferred.
* Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data processing and analytical reporting.
* Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high level of discipline, responsibility, and effective analytical thinking.
* Logistics: Ability to coordinate seamlessly with relevant internal departments.
* Preference: Candidates residing in Balikpapan will be prioritized.
2. Administrative Officer – HSE (K3LH) (Head Office)
This role focuses on maintaining the highest safety, health, and environmental standards within our operational facilities.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Public Health, Occupational Health and Safety (K3), or Environmental Engineering.
* Certification: Valid AK3U certification is required.
* Experience: Demonstrated background in HSE (K3L) practices.
