## Position Overview: HR Staff (Urgently Needed)
We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can seamlessly manage day-to-day human resources functions. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our workforce, streamlining administrative processes, and attracting top-tier talent to drive our manufacturing excellence forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines, from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and onboarding.
* Handle comprehensive HR administration tasks, ensuring employee records, attendance tracking, and documentation remain accurate and compliant.
* Collaborate with internal departments to identify staffing needs and support employee relations initiatives.
* Assist in rolling out company policies, performance management systems, and training programs.
What We Are Looking For (Candidate Qualifications)
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Law, or a closely related field.
* Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of proven working experience within the Human Resources sector.
* Core Competencies: Deep familiarity with recruitment methodologies, talent acquisition tools, and general HR administration.
* Personal Traits: Exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a high level of professional initiative.
* Industry Advantage: Previous hands-on experience working within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment will be considered a strong competitive advantage.
