Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the continued success and precision of our laboratory operations, ideal candidates must possess the following attributes:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry or Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: Previous experience in R&D or Analytical Development is mandatory for the Staff AD position. Candidates must also demonstrate practical experience in a professional laboratory environment.
* Technical Proficiency: Must have a proven ability to operate advanced analytical instruments, including HPLC, GC, and UV-Vis Spectrophotometers.
* Industry Knowledge: A solid grasp of CPOB (Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik) and international GMP standards.
* Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, a strong sense of accountability, disciplined work habits, and excellent communication skills.
* Operational Readiness: Willingness to work within a shifting or off-shift schedule as required by production demands.
