## Available Position: Formulation Operator (Daily Worker)
We are currently seeking a meticulous and highly motivated Formulation Operator to join our production and development team. If you possess a strong background in pharmaceutical processes and are eager to contribute to high-precision manufacturing, we encourage you to apply.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree in Pharmacy.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of hands-on experience in a similar formulation or production role.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of formulation processes, material blending, and the operation of pilot-scale equipment and laboratory tools.
* Methodological Skills: Competency in precise measurement, material weighing, and accurate data recording for experimental trials.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Fundamental knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Core Competencies: High level of responsibility, attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a target-oriented team.
Primary Responsibilities
