## Role Overview: Warehouse Staff
The Warehouse Staff position is vital to maintaining the operational excellence that INACO customers expect. The primary focus of this role is to ensure accurate documentation, seamless distribution flow, and efficient inventory management within the warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following daily operations:
* Documentation Audit: Review previous day's shipping documents, including Purchase Orders and verification of quantities.
* DPH Reconciliation: Cross-reference shipping quantities between sent invoices and the Daily Shipping List (DPH).
* Delivery Management: Execute Proof of Delivery (POD) processing and handle Goods Issue (GI) cancellations with rigorous document verification.
* DO Handling: Manage date adjustments for Delivery Orders that failed to reach their destination.
* Inventory Oversight: Maintain accuracy by conducting comprehensive checks on sent invoices, remaining stocks (DPH), and finalized PODs.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should meet the following professional criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field of study.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel.
* Software Skills: Familiarity with SAP systems is considered a significant advantage.
* Soft Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively, maintain high levels of discipline, and foster a collaborative spirit within a team.
