## Available Position: Production Operator
The Production Operator plays a vital role in maintaining our reputation for quality. You will be responsible for overseeing the transformation of raw ingredients into the finished products that reach millions of households daily.
Core Responsibilities
* Operational Excellence: Execute production processes in strict accordance with company SOPs, quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and HACCP guidelines.
* Production Oversight: Perform pre-production checks on ingredients, dough weight, molds, and trays to ensure accuracy.
* Machine Management: Operate and monitor essential equipment, including mixers, ovens, packing lines, and metal detectors, to maintain continuous, efficient operation.
* Quality Assurance: Verify product labeling, expiry dates, and packaging integrity throughout the production run.
* Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain precise records of production outputs and process indicators.
* Sanitation & Teamwork: Uphold stringent hygiene protocols, perform routine machine sanitation, and collaborate across various sections—such as Scaling, Mixing, and Baking—to ensure operational flow.
Candidate Requirements
We are seeking dedicated professionals ready to commit to our high standards. Candidates should meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) from any field of study.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, prior experience as a Production Operator in the FMCG or food manufacturing sector is a distinct advantage.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with bakery production, GMP, HACCP, and food sanitation standards is highly preferred.
* Skill Set: Proven ability to operate industrial production machinery, particularly baking ovens.
* Work Ethic: Strong discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive team-player mindset.
* Flexibility: Ability and willingness to work in a shift-based system.
* Location: The role is based at our manufacturing facility in Batam, Kepulauan Riau.
