## Current Vacancies and Professional Requirements
PT Nindya Karya is looking for dedicated individuals to fill various roles. Please review the detailed requirements for the following positions:
1. Contract Administration Staff
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* Age: Maximum 35 years old.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, knowledge of tender processes, market research, contract law, and BOQ/RAB preparation. Previous experience in Nindya Karya projects is highly preferred.
2. HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment)
* Education: Minimum D4/S1 (Engineering, preferably Civil).
* Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in construction HSE. Possession of a valid K3 certification (Kemenaker/BNSP) is prioritized. Must understand ISO 45001 & 14001 standards.
3. Tax Staff
* Education: D3/S1 in Accounting, Taxation, or Fiscal Administration.
* Requirements: Understanding of corporate tax calculations (PPh, PPN, etc.). Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
4. Finance / Accounting Staff
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Finance or Accounting.
* Skills: Proficiency in financial tools (Accurate, Zahir) and MS Office. Ability to manage financial reports is essential. Fresh graduates are welcome.
5. Field Supervisor (Pelaksana)
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering.
* Requirements: Ability to read shop drawings, monitor labor/equipment forecasting, and perform reporting. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
6. Quantity Surveyor (QS)
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Civil Engineering.
* Requirements: Expert in volume calculations, unit price analysis, and tracking work progress according to current payment regulations. Fresh graduates are welcome.
7. Engineer (EPC Division)
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Civil, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
* Requirements: At least 2 years of EPC industry experience. Must be skilled in validating Basic Engineering Design (BED) and analyzing construction methods for project implementation proposals.
8. Finance Staff (Head Office)
* Education: Minimum D3/S1 in Finance or Accounting.
* Requirements: Similar profile to the general Finance Staff, but for deployment at the Jakarta Head Office.
9. Site Operation Manager
* Education: Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* Requirements: At least 4 years of experience as a Site Engineer or Supervisor. Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and knowledge of project commissioning and HSE management are required.
10. Site Administration Manager
* Education: Minimum S1 in Accounting, Finance, or Management.
* Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in project administration, cash flow management, and tax verification. Experience with ERP/SAP is an advantage.
11. Site Engineer Manager
* Education: Minimum S1 in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
* Requirements: At least 4 years of experience in project management. Must be proficient in DED, BOQ, MTO, and construction scheduling software (MS Project/Primavera).
