Position: Production Technician
We are looking for motivated candidates who possess the technical aptitude to maintain our high standards of production excellence.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
* Technical Proficiency: A solid understanding of production machinery, including mechanics, electrical systems, and automation.
* Operational Skills: Ability to interpret Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process parameters effectively.
* Soft Skills: Strong foundational leadership capabilities, excellent teamwork, discipline, and a high level of attention to detail.
* Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a shift-based system and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward continuous learning.
* Operate and monitor production machinery in strict accordance with established SOPs.
* Maintain process stability to ensure the highest quality of output.
* Execute machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting procedures.
* Provide leadership to assistant staff to ensure daily production targets are met.
* Uphold rigorous standards for workplace safety (K3), organizational cleanliness (5S), and overall production efficiency.
