As part of our commitment to maintaining the highest standards of production in Cikarang, we are currently seeking dedicated and disciplined individuals to join our team. We are looking for candidates who are prepared to handle the challenges of a dynamic, high-output industrial environment.
1. Production Operator – Cutting
The Cutting Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the precision and quality of our glass products through efficient machine operation and material handling.
* Manage the glass cutting process within the Cutting On-Line department.
* Oversee the packing of glass products to ensure safe transit and storage.
* Actively contribute to operational improvements to increase efficiency.
* Strictly adhere to standard operating procedures, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Participate in all mandated professional training and skill development programs.
* Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
* Computer literacy is mandatory.
* Must have clear vision (no glasses) and no color blindness.
* Availability to work in a rotating shift system.
* Physical resilience to work in environments characterized by heat, noise, and dust.
* Willingness to be stationed in Cikarang.
2. Production Operator – Forming
The Forming Operator is essential for transforming molten raw materials into premium glass block products while maintaining rigorous quality control standards.
* Manage the transition from pulled glass to final finished goods within the Forming Production area.
* Operate forming equipment and monitor production variables to minimize defects.
* Implement quality and environmental management systems while supporting continuous process improvement.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and team training initiatives.
* Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical Engineering.
* At least one year of relevant experience in a similar production role.
* Competent in basic computer operations.
* Must have clear vision (no glasses) and no color blindness.
* Flexibility to work in a rotating shift schedule.
* Ability to perform effectively in a high-temperature, noisy, and dusty industrial setting.
* Willingness to be stationed in Cikarang.
