## Job Vacancy: Warehouse Staff
We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Staff member. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of our material flow and ensuring operational consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Oversight: Manage the intake, organized storage, and timely release of raw materials, strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) protocols.
* Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular stock opname and cycle counts to ensure real-time inventory precision.
* Compliance Adherence: Ensure all storage procedures align with SOPs, GMP, HACCP, Halal certification, and K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations.
* Team Leadership: Supervise forklift operators and general workers, managing daily task distributions to maintain efficiency.
* Environment Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment at all times.
* Reporting: Manage documentation for all warehouse activities and resolve any stock discrepancies.
* Cross-Functional Coordination: Maintain active communication with the PPIC, Purchasing, Production, QA, and QC departments to ensure seamless material availability.
* Performance Targets: Ensure all warehouse activities consistently meet the company’s established KPIs.
Required Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of relevant experience is preferred, though exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, is essential.
* Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, high attention to detail, and a collaborative team-player mindset.
