As an MFPL participant assigned to the Production Department, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Mastering end-to-end manufacturing and operational business processes across production lines.
* Participating actively in set classroom modules and practical field training modules according to the specialized curriculum.
* Operating, monitoring, and troubleshooting production machinery, industrial equipment, and auxiliary systems in accordance with corporate safety and quality standards.
