## Eligibility and Qualifications
To succeed in this program, candidates must demonstrate both academic excellence and a proactive approach to professional growth. We welcome applications from both ambitious fresh graduates and early-career professionals with up to one year of experience.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Urban & Regional Planning, Business Management, or Communication Studies.
* Academic Performance: A minimum GPA of 3.20 from a reputable university.
* Skillset: Candidates must possess strong command of the English language, paired with exceptional leadership capabilities and interpersonal communication skills.
* Experience & Involvement: While not mandatory, candidates who have led projects, received notable academic or non-academic awards, or held active leadership roles in student organizations will be prioritized.
* Mobility: Applicants must be fully prepared and willing to be assigned to any of our operational locations throughout Indonesia.
