1. Quality Control Liquid Staff
This role is essential in maintaining our high manufacturing standards. You will oversee the premix process and ensure all operational inspections strictly adhere to company policies.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor mixing processes and determine the status of premixes before storage.
* Document analysis results and maintain comprehensive semi-finished goods inspection reports.
* Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and resolve the root causes of production discrepancies.
* Calibrate laboratory equipment and manage reagent inventory.
* Champion 5S and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00/4.00.
* Prior experience in FMCG laboratory analysis or Quality Control.
* Proficiency in MS Office, cloud-based filing, and SAP.
* Strong familiarity with CPKB and PKRT standards.
2. Senior General Affair Staff
We are looking for an organized professional to streamline our general operational affairs and ensure facility management functions at peak efficiency.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office facility operations, security, and equipment logistics.
* Handle corporate licensing, import permits, and customs compliance.
* Coordinate expatriate documentation and liaise with relevant government authorities.
* Maintain accurate records of all General Affair activities.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Civil Engineering, or a related field (GPA min 3.00).
* Minimum 5 years of experience in General Affairs within a manufacturing or FMCG setting.
* Expertise in Indonesian regulatory frameworks, specifically regarding licensing and permits.
* Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office.
3. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Staff
The PPIC team is the heartbeat of our supply chain. You will be responsible for balancing production output with market demand to ensure seamless delivery.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop accurate sales forecasts and production plans.
* Calculate raw material and packaging needs for a 3-month outlook.
* Coordinate "First Production" releases for new product launches.
* Collaborate with Marketing, QC, R&D, and Purchasing to maintain ISO 9001:2018 and ISO 14001:2018 compliance.
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or Management (GPA min 3.00).
* At least 2 years of experience as a PPIC staff in the FMCG sector.
* Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and SAP/ERP systems.
* Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
