1. Information Development Staff (Subject: Staf PSI)
* Responsibilities: Developing support systems, designing architectures, evaluating progress, drafting technical documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (A-accredited) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Informatics. Must possess SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and .NET proficiency. A minimum of 1 year of development experience and a TOEFL score of 450+ are required.
2. Investment Product Administration Staff (Subject: Staf API)
* Responsibilities: Managing investment product projects, performing data migration, handling investor data, generating transaction reports, and managing stakeholder communication.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (A-accredited) in Economics, Accounting, Management, or Industrial Engineering. Prior capital market experience or related certifications (WPPE/WMI) are advantageous.
3. Business Development Staff (Subject: Staf PUS)
* Responsibilities: Analyzing business requirements, documenting functional specifications, creating user guides, and leading training sessions for new system rollouts.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (GPA ≥ 3.00, A-accredited) with at least 2 years of experience in financial services or IT. Proficiency in data analysis tools and business process modeling is essential. Must have a TOEFL score of 500+.
4. Account Management Staff (Subject: Staf PRK)
* Responsibilities: Approving investor SID modifications, managing account registration/closure, monitoring settlement activities, and participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in the capital market sector is highly preferred.
5. Transaction Settlement Staff (Subject: Staf PTR)
* Responsibilities: Monitoring daily securities and fund settlement activities for both exchange and non-exchange transactions to ensure operational efficiency.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Management. 1–2 years of experience in transaction settlement or banking is preferred.
6. IT Operational Staff (Subject: Staf OTI)
* Responsibilities: Managing system operations, troubleshooting database and application issues, and supporting IT project administration.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science. Proficiency in Linux/Unix, SQL (Oracle/PostgreSQL), and application operation is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
7. Information System Security Staff (Subject: Staf KSI)
* Responsibilities: Conducting cyber threat assessments, vulnerability management, security policy enforcement, and incident response.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Cybersecurity with 1–2 years of security-related experience. Strong knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, and security frameworks is required; certifications like CEH or Security+ are a plus.
8. IT Network and Infrastructure Staff (Subject: Staf JTI)
* Responsibilities: Operating and maintaining KSEI’s network systems, performing troubleshooting, and configuring firewalls, routers, and switches.
