* Train Conductor (Kondektur) – D3
* Train Dispatcher Assistant (Asisten PPKA) – D3
* Locomotive Driver (Masinis) – D3
* Rail Track and Bridge Maintenance (Pemeliharaan Jalan Rel dan Jembatan) – D3
* Signaling, Telecommunication, and Electricity Maintenance (Pemeliharaan Sintelis) – D3 & D4/S1

## General Applicant Criteria

Basic Qualifications
* Must be an Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Open to male and female applicants depending on specific formation requirements.
* Possess sound physical and mental health.
* Hold a valid Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (D4/S1) degree with specific academic standing:
* D3 Graduates: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, with a study program accreditation of at least "Very Good (B)" from BAN-PT or authorized institutions at the time of graduation.
* D4/S1 Graduates: Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, with a study program accreditation of "Excellent (A)" from BAN-PT or authorized institutions at the time of graduation.
Age Restrictions (as of August 20, 2025)
* Diploma 3 (D3): Minimum 20 years old and maximum 27 years old.
* Diploma 4 / Bachelor (D4/S1): Minimum 21 years old and maximum 30 years old.
Height and Physical Requirements
* D3 – Conductor: Male minimum 163 cm; Female minimum 160 cm (with proportional weight).
* D3 – Assistant PPKA & D3 – Locomotive Driver: Male minimum 163 cm (with proportional weight).
* D3 – Rail Track and Bridge Maintenance: Male minimum 160 cm (with proportional weight).
* D3 & D4/S1 – Signaling, Telecommunication, and Electricity Maintenance: Male minimum 160 cm; Female minimum 155 cm (with proportional weight).
* D4/S1 – Rolling Stock Maintenance: Male minimum 160 cm (with proportional weight).
Background and Character Checks
* Demonstrate good behavior with a clean criminal record.
* Male applicants must be free from body piercings.
* No history of tattoos or body art.
* Strictly prohibited from using or being involved with narcotics and illicit drugs.
* Never sentenced to imprisonment based on a legally binding court decision.
* Never dishonorably discharged from KAI Group, its affiliates, or any other public/private institution.
* Not currently married to an active employee of PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero).
* Fully willing to undergo the comprehensive recruitment selection stages.
## Special Provisions and Placement Rules
* Candidates must be willing to be assigned to any working area across the entire PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) network.
* Placement formations are determined entirely by company needs and final selection results.
* The chosen job fair interview location does not dictate the final work assignment region.
* Applicants submitting a Temporary Graduation Certificate (SKL) must present their original diploma and academic transcript upon passing the final stages and signing the employment agreement.
