## Overview of the Commercial and Supply Chain Management Trainee Role

The 18-Month Trainee Journey
The program is structured across three distinct phases to ensure a seamless transition from learner to high-impact contributor:
* Months 0 to 5 (Intensive Learning): Trainees undergo a sharp, focused immersion period designed to rapidly absorb core business fundamentals and operational frameworks.
