Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the drive and academic background to excel in plantation management. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Recent graduates holding a minimum D4 or S1 degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Product Technology, Soil Science, Plant Pests and Diseases, or Plantation Production Management.
* Program Commitment: Candidates must be prepared to complete a mandatory 6-month training program.
* Service Bond: Successful trainees are expected to fulfill a 2-year service bond with the company.
* Geographic Flexibility: Willingness to be assigned to our operational sites in East Kalimantan or West Kalimantan.
