We are currently seeking talented, motivated individuals to join our team through our Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) for Metallurgists for the year 2024.
## Program Requirements
We are looking for proactive candidates who possess the technical foundation and professional drive to thrive in a high-stakes mining environment. To be eligible for this development program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a degree in Metallurgical Engineering.
* Academic Performance: Possess a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Age Limit: Must be a maximum of 25 years old as of March 2024.
* Commitment: Willing to undergo a comprehensive training program and adhere to the established bonding agreement.
* Mobility: Must be prepared to be stationed at any J Resources operational site, including remote locations.
* Preference: Candidates currently domiciled in North Sulawesi are encouraged to apply.
