We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Human Resources department as a Recruiter.
## Role Overview and Responsibilities
As a member of our talent acquisition team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing the best talent to support our growing business needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full lifecycle of the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to final placement.
* Assessment & Testing: Administer and interpret psychological test results to evaluate candidate fit and potential.
* Behavioral Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews utilizing Behavioral Event Interview (BEI) techniques to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.
* Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate and timely daily recruitment reports to track departmental performance and hiring metrics.
## Professional Qualifications
To thrive in this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology is required.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in a professional recruitment role.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated familiarity and comfort with administering and scoring various psychological testing tools.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to evaluate behavioral traits effectively.
