## Position Overview: Recruitment Team Member

Key Responsibilities
To ensure success in this role, your daily tasks and strategic responsibilities will encompass the following areas:
* Full-Cycle Hiring Support: Manage day-to-day recruitment activities, ranging from drafting compelling job postings and screening resumes to conducting initial interviews, coordinating psychological tests and medical check-ups (MCU), and facilitating smooth employee onboarding.
* Talent Database Management: Build, organize, and proactively maintain a robust talent pool to fulfill current and future staffing requirements efficiently.
