## Corporate Career Openings
We are currently seeking talented individuals to fill various roles across our Head Office in Jakarta and our mining sites in Kalimantan.
Management & Engineering Roles
* Superintendent SCM: Responsible for end-to-end supply chain oversight, logistics optimization, and procurement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Management and 3+ years of relevant supervisory experience.
* Superintendent Finance: Focuses on financial strategy, funding management, and reporting. Candidates must have a degree in Finance or Accounting with a strong background in mining industry financial operations.
* Supervisor Cost Control: Manages project budgets and financial data analysis. Requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 2 years of cost control experience.
* Supervisor Mineplan Engineer: Leads mine planning activities to ensure efficient resource extraction. Candidates need a Mining Engineering degree and 3+ years of experience with software like Surpac or MineSight.
* Supervisor SHE: Manages Safety, Health, and Environment protocols. Requires a degree in OHS or Environmental Science and professional certifications such as POP and SMKP.
* Maintenance Planner: Organizes equipment scheduling and maintenance resources. A degree in Engineering and 3+ years of planning experience in the mining sector are essential.
Administrative & Field Support Roles
* Finance & Accounting Staff: Supports daily financial activities and administrative oversight. Requires a Diploma in Finance or Accounting with 2+ years of experience.
* Dispatch: Coordinates transportation and logistics for plant operations. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in logistics software are required.
* Surveyor: Conducts topographic mapping and land development measurements. Requires a Diploma in Geodesy or Civil Engineering.
* Welder: Executes high-quality repairs on mining structures. Must hold a BNSP certification (SMAW 3G or higher).
Specialized Technical & Operational Roles
* Foreman (Production, Fuel): Supervises daily activities and ensures team adherence to safety and operational targets.
* Mechanic (A2B/DT): Performs preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment.
