## Current Opening: WWTP & WTP Operator
We are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our operations team as a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Operator. This role is critical to maintaining our production standards and upholding our commitment to environmental responsibility.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the daily maintenance and monitoring of our water systems:
* System Optimization: Oversee the daily operations of the WWTP and WTP to ensure peak performance and efficiency.
* Routine Inspection: Perform consistent checks on pumps, tanks, machinery, and all supporting utility infrastructure.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure that all processed water adheres strictly to company quality standards and local environmental regulations.
* Documentation: Accurately record operational parameters and prepare daily status reports.
* Chemical Management: Handle and apply chemical dosing according to standardized operational procedures.
* Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance tasks and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the work area.
* Team Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with the maintenance department to address and resolve any system malfunctions.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Professional Experience: At least one year of experience as a WTP/WWTP Operator within a manufacturing environment. (Highly motivated fresh graduates with foundational knowledge of water treatment processes are also encouraged to apply).
3. Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of both water purification (WTP) and wastewater treatment (WWTP) processes.
4. Operational Skills: Competence in monitoring water quality parameters and operating essential equipment, including filters, dosing pumps, and various water processing systems.
5. Safety Compliance: Familiarity with water treatment chemicals and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) standards.
6. Work Ethic: Willingness to work in a shift system, coupled with high levels of discipline, attention to detail, and team-oriented collaboration.
