## Open Position: General Affairs (GA) Staff
We are currently inviting applications for the General Affairs Staff position. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operational support of our plant site in Serang, Banten.
Core Responsibilities
The selected candidate will report directly to the GA Management team and will be responsible for:
* Managing office administrative tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.
* Overseeing asset and inventory administration.
* Coordinating with vendors and providing essential support for procurement processes.
* Handling document filing systems and preparing detailed operational reports.
* Facilitating effective communication and coordination across various departments.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) from the graduating classes of 2024 to present.
* Major: Preference given to degrees in Chinese Mandarin Study, Business Administration, Administrative Management, or other relevant fields.
* Language Proficiency: Must possess strong Mandarin language skills (minimum HSK Level 5 certification).
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Personal Attributes: High level of accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to excel both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed at the Java 7 Plant Site in Serang, Banten.
