## Job Vacancy: Head of Human Capital & General Affair
Greenchem is currently searching for a qualified candidate to fill a crucial leadership role at its facility in Bogor. As the Head of Human Capital & General Affair, you will play an instrumental role in shaping workplace culture, optimizing talent management, and aligning HR strategies with overarching business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and execute comprehensive HR strategies that support company expansion and operational goals.
* Oversee day-to-day HR generalist functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compensation.
* Manage general affairs operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and GA team to foster high performance and collaboration.
* Partner with executive leadership to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this leadership position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
