* Legal Advisory: Authoring high-level legal opinions and resolving multifaceted issues related to civil, criminal, and administrative law.
* Corporate Governance: Managing complex corporate actions, including Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), legal due diligence, and bank loan documentation.
* Stakeholder Management: Overseeing land certification processes and fostering productive relationships with government agencies, including the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and the Ministry of Forestry.

## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who demonstrate both intellectual rigor and a passion for the energy sector. To be considered for the Legal Development Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Academic Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (S.H.) with a minimum GPA of 3.15 out of 4.0.
2. Professional Experience: While high-potential fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, candidates with at least two years of experience in the mining industry or reputable law firms will hold a distinct advantage.
3. Communication Skills: Fluency in English—both verbal and written—is mandatory to facilitate interaction within our international business operations.
