## Technical and Operational Roles
1. Foreman Mechanic (Placement: South Sumatra)
* Responsibilities: Monitor equipment performance (PA, MTBF, MTTR), ensure maintenance follows SOPs, and prioritize breakdown repairs.
* Requirements: Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Heavy Equipment Engineering, 2+ years of experience as a Foreman in mining, and possession of a POP certification.
2. Foreman Production (Placement: South Sumatra)
* Responsibilities: Oversee daily production targets, manage schedules, ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, and document operational progress.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, min. vocational high school (SMK) graduate, 3+ years of production leadership experience, and a POP certificate.
3. Plant Engineer
* Responsibilities: Provide technical engineering analysis for equipment modification, troubleshoot performance issues, and monitor the health of mining machinery.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in technical design software.
4. Senior Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Conduct complex unit repairs, manage routine maintenance, and report unit statuses to the MCR.
* Requirements: Male, 30–40 years old, 5+ years of experience handling heavy equipment; BMC certification is highly preferred.
5. Supervisor Maintenance
* Responsibilities: Manage the maintenance and repair team, control workshop environmental compliance, and ensure all SHE regulations are met.
* Requirements: SMK/DIII in Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years as a Plant Supervisor, and strong leadership capabilities.
## Heavy Equipment and Field Operations
6. Excavator Operator
* Responsibilities: Operate excavators with high efficiency and safety, perform pre-operational checks, and ensure maintenance of the unit.
* Requirements: Valid SIO or BII General license, 1+ year of mining experience, and physical fitness.
7. Dump Truck Driver
* Responsibilities: Safely operate Dump Trucks (specifically Quester CWE 730), conduct routine unit inspections, and adhere to site safety communication.
* Requirements: Valid BII General license, 1+ year of experience, and willingness to work in remote locations.
## Training and Support Roles
8. Trainer Mechanic
* Responsibilities: Develop and implement technical training materials, conduct competency assessments, and improve curriculum quality.
* Requirements: SMK Mechanical background, 3+ years in mining training, and strong presentation skills.
9. Trainer Operator
* Responsibilities: Design instructional programs for heavy equipment and trucks, conduct theory/practice sessions, and evaluate trainee progress.
* Requirements: 30–40 years old, min. SMK/DIII, 2+ years of experience as a heavy equipment trainer, and proficiency in MS Office.
10. Maintenance Planner
* Responsibilities: Create maintenance schedules, monitor spare part availability, and track repair backlogs.
* Requirements: Min. 1 year of planning/scheduling experience and proficiency in CMMS or MS Excel.
## Management and Administrative Positions
11. HC Strategic & Organizational Development (Placement: Jakarta Head Office)
* Responsibilities: Drive organizational efficiency through talent management, performance appraisals, training needs analysis, and strategic business integration.
* Requirements: 3+ years in HR/OD, degree in Psychology/HR/Management, and experience in the mining sector.
12. Plant Superintendent
* Responsibilities: Manage overall site maintenance processes, oversee staff development, and ensure equipment availability targets are met.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any major, 5+ years of leadership experience, and possession of a POP certificate.
13. Purchasing Officer
* Responsibilities: Procure goods and services, negotiate with suppliers, analyze purchase requests, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
* Requirements: D3 in any major, 2+ years of purchasing experience, and strong negotiation skills.
