Program Specializations
We offer four distinct training tracks tailored to specific technical and operational disciplines:
1. Field Assistant Training (FAT): Open to graduates of Agrotechnology, Soil Science, Forestry, Palm Oil Processing Engineering, Plant Pest and Disease Studies, and Plantation Management.
2. Mill Assistant Training (MAT): Focused on candidates with backgrounds in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Chemical Engineering.
3. Administration Assistant Training (AAT): Dedicated to graduates in Accounting.
4. Traction Assistant Training (TAT): Designed for specialists in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, and Heavy Equipment Engineering.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for these prestigious positions, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Hold a minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) and have officially graduated.
* Maintain a proportional height and weight.
* Demonstrate a readiness to commit to a comprehensive six-month training program.
* Possess the willingness and flexibility to be stationed at our plantation operations in North or East Kalimantan.
