Candidate Requirements
To ensure the continued safety and efficiency of our production processes, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Preferably male.
* Age: Maximum of 30 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SLTA) or equivalent.
* Preferred Majors: Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Science (IPA), Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.
* Physical Health: Must be in excellent physical and mental health; color blindness is strictly disqualified.
* Professional Attributes: Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure, possess strong self-discipline, and hold a deep sense of responsibility.
* Work Arrangement: Must be willing to work on a rotational shift schedule.
