## Position Available: Assistant Sortasi (Grading Assistant)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Sortasi. This role is pivotal in maintaining the integrity of our production process and ensuring that our output meets the highest quality benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be tasked with overseeing critical grading operations to ensure efficiency and precision. Specific duties include:
* Operational Oversight: Managing and supervising the daily grading operations within our Palm Oil Mills (PKS).
* Quality Control: Rigorously monitoring the quality of Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) to ensure they align with the company’s strict quality standards.
* Source Verification: Inspecting and verifying the quality of both internal and external FFB supplies.
* Documentation: Preparing and verifying daily sorting reports and comprehensive recaps.
* Facility Maintenance: Ensuring that the sorting area remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols at all times.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must demonstrate a blend of technical expertise and practical experience. We invite candidates who meet the following criteria to apply:
1. Educational Background: Hold a minimum D4 or S1 degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or Agronomy with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00/4.00.
2. Experience: Possess at least two years of professional experience in a similar role as an Assistant Sortasi.
3. Health Standards: Maintain excellent physical and mental health to perform site-based duties.
4. Mobility: Demonstrate full willingness and readiness to be stationed at our plantation sites in Kalimantan or Sumatra.
