We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our operations team as a Field Operator.
## Role Overview and Responsibilities
The Field Operator role is integral to our mission of delivering reliable energy solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and safety of our gas distribution infrastructure. Key daily responsibilities include:
* Compression Operations: Managing the technical operation of compressors to ensure consistent output.
* CNG Processing: Executing the natural gas filling process at our Mother Station facilities.
* Client Distribution: Coordinating and performing gas delivery operations directly at customer sites.
* Heat Transfer Management: Maintaining and operating heat transfer equipment, including heat exchangers, coolers, water heaters, and electric heaters.
* Instrumentation Maintenance: Overseeing the functionality of critical instrument components, such as regulators, control valves, pressure safety valves (PSV), and various industrial valve systems.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants must demonstrate technical proficiency and a strong commitment to industrial safety standards. We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
1. Professional Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within the Oil & Gas or manufacturing industries. Previous experience working specifically within a gas company is highly advantageous.
2. Educational Background: A minimum of a high school diploma or vocational degree (SMK/STM), with a strong preference for candidates with a background in Mechanical Engineering.
3. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required for operational reporting and documentation.
4. Adaptability: Candidates must be comfortable working in a shift-based rotation and demonstrate a willingness to be stationed at various project sites outside of the city.
5. Health Compliance: Applicants must have completed their booster vaccination.
