Candidate Qualifications
* Gender and Physical Requirements: Male applicants only, maximum age of 27 years old, with a minimum height of 165 cm.
* Educational Background:
* Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Agriculture, Soil Science, Agrotechnology, or Plantation Cultivation for Position (1).
* Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Agricultural Product Technology for Positions (2 and 3). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo intensive training and fulfill a mandatory 3-year service bond.
* Experience: Prior internship or practical work experience (PKL) within an oil palm plantation is highly preferred.
* Availability: Prepared to onboard and commence work immediately.
