## Open Position: Quality Control (QC) Administrative Staff
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Quality Control department. This role is essential for maintaining our high standards of compliance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and execute comprehensive Quality Control administrative tasks.
* Generate accurate reports and maintain detailed documentation of QC data.
* Ensure all QC files are organized and managed according to established regulatory standards.
* Oversee and coordinate the procurement of operational supplies and resources for QC personnel.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Hold a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Food Technology, Fisheries, Accounting, or Accounting Computerization.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with at least one year of experience in an administrative role.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office suite.
* Analytical Skills: Competent in data processing, statistical analysis, and familiar with ERP systems or digital QC workflows.
* Soft Skills: Must possess excellent communication skills and a high degree of personal initiative.
