## Current Open Positions at Cirebon Power
1. Coal Procurement Support (Urgent)
This role is designed for professionals eager to play a pivotal part in our supply chain. You will manage essential documentation, delivery schedules, administrative coordination, and invoicing. Over time, you will evolve your expertise in coal sourcing, supplier management, and contract administration.
* Possess a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
* Demonstrate 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally within the coal, mining, or energy sectors.
* Maintain high proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Show a willingness to travel to remote mining sites as required.
* Possess a strong grasp of ISO requirements and documentation protocols.
* Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders like PLN and various suppliers.
2. Plant Operator
We are looking for skilled individuals to ensure the seamless operation of our power plant facilities. Candidates should have a technical mindset and a strong commitment to safety and operational standards.
* Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Field Operator in a Coal-Fired Power Plant (CFPP), or 3–4 years of experience as a Water Treatment Plant (WTP) helper with field operation exposure.
* Hands-on experience with turbines, boilers, WTP/WWTP, and Balance of Plant (BOP).
* Strong understanding and implementation capability of Permit to Work (PTW) safety regulations.
* Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (preferred for Field Operator) or a high school/vocational certificate (for Helper).
* Prior experience with large-capacity plants (above 660 MW) using Super Critical Boiler technology is highly advantageous.
* Relevant industry certifications or professional licenses are considered a significant plus.
* Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
* Must be willing to be stationed in Cirebon.
