## 1. Heavy Equipment Operator
The Heavy Equipment Operator plays a vital role in maintaining smooth on-site operations, handling various machinery essential for daily plant and construction activities, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, preferably within the construction or mining sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated capability to operate heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, wheel loaders, and dump trucks based on shifting operational demands.
* Licensing Requirements: Possession of a valid and relevant Operator License (SIO).
