We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for our operations in the Cikande Plant, Serang, Banten. Below are the available positions for those looking to advance their careers with a leading chemical industry player.
1. Production Officer (Pesticide)
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering for fresh graduates.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering with at least 1 year of production experience (preferred).
* Strong leadership, communication skills, and technical production knowledge.
* Proficiency in ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, 45001:2018, and OEE concepts.
* Competence in Microsoft Office and manufacturing ERP systems.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee production processes, ensure adherence to quality standards, manage team performance, and maintain rigorous documentation for international ISO standards.
2. Quality Control Officer
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemistry, Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmacy.
* Understanding of pesticide production and chemical material properties.
* Ability to conduct physical and chemical parameter testing.
* Knowledge of CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and defect identification.
* Prior experience in chemical or pesticide Quality Control is highly valued.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitor critical quality parameters, conduct process testing, identify deviations, and lead improvement projects to enhance efficiency and product quality.
3. PDCA Officer
* Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical or Industrial Engineering.
* Familiarity with the PDCA cycle and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Proficiency in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and PICA documentation.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

4. R&D Officer (Plastic)
* Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering with at least 1 year of R&D experience (preferred).
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar technical design software.
* Knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes or materials is a major advantage.
* Key Responsibilities: Research and develop new products, create and trial new formulations, design product specifications, and conduct rigorous material testing and evaluation.
